解决方法：

在vue项目的根目录下添加 vue.config.js文件，文件中需要按照下面写法来写

 lintOnSave: true,
 devServer: {
 proxy: {
  // proxy all requests starting with /api to jsonplaceholder
  '/api': {
  target: 'http://localhost:8080', //代理接口
  changeOrigin: true,
  pathRewrite: {
   '^/api': '/mock' //代理的路径
  }
  }

 }

然后你就可以在代码中使用 /api 来代替http://localhost:8080/mock啦
