4.The WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service suspended operation.
5.WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service 服务处于停止状态。
第1、2是同时出现的，大概16分钟后左右，第3、4、5个日志就出现了，IIS被停止了。
可能的原因是：
1.CRACK(HACK黑客是好的有技术的，CRACK是坏的专门搞破坏的，甚至损人不利已)是利用服务器的“WinHTTP Web Proxy
Auto-Discovery Service 服务”进行攻击。
2.启用了Windows系统的“自动与Internet时间服务器同步”
解决方法：
1.禁用服务 WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service。
2.在“Internet时间”选项卡中将“自动与 Internet 时间服务器同步”选项去掉。
3.禁用Windows Times。
